Dr. Roberts graduated from SJSU with a B.A. in Molecular Biology in 1979. He attended the UCLA School of Medicine and obtained his MD in 1983.
Dr. Roberts opened his private practice in 1993 and currently practices Family Medicine providing adults with the best possible care.
JONATHAN B.C. HUMPHREY, MD
Dr. Humphrey graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Biochemistry in 1984. He attended the UCSD School of Medicine and obtained his MD in 1988.
Dr. Humphrey joined Dr. Roberts in 1994. Dr. Humphrey currently practices Family medicine providing care for infants through geriatric aged patients.
DIVA "DIDI" SEDDICK, MD
Dr. Seddick is a Board Certified Pediatrician, joining our team in June 2008. Dr. Seddick graduated in 1990, with a B.A. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from U.C. Berkeley. She completed her Pediatrics Residency at UCSF/Stanford and has been involved with both academic and clinical research at Harvard University, M.I.T., and Stanford University.
Dr. Seddick has been providing care for infants through adolescent patients over the past decade and is looking forward to becoming an integral part of our Tri-Valley community and nurturing our growing Pediatric population.

Susanne Goeb earned her degree as a Physician Assistant from UC Davis Medical School. She speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
ERIN THURMAN, PA-C
Erin Thurman graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Chemistry. She taught high school and college level Biology for seven years and then earned a double Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies and Public Health from Touro University.
DANIEL J. HEANEY, PA-C
Daniel Heaney graduated from SFSU with a B.S. in Biology and received his PA license from Stanford University. He has practiced in Family Practice for twelve years and one year in emergency medicine. Daniel served in the U.S. Army, National Guard, achieving a rank as Captain. He was a medical provider and platoon leader treatment of casualties in Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical weapons.
AWISA MONSEFAN, FNP-C
Awisa Monsefan graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 1996. She earned her Registered Nursing License and a Master's Degree from Samuel Merritt College as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2002. Since 2000, she has experience working in the Emergency Room dealing with a variety of minor and major illnesses. Awisa is also fluent in Farsi.
